Pixelate Image
Convert any photo into pixel art. Adjust block size, then fine-tune the pixel colours with hue shift, saturation, brightness, contrast, and a custom colour tint overlay — all in real time. Export as PNG, JPEG, or WebP. Nothing is sent to a server.

How it works
The tool divides your image into a grid of square blocks. Each block is replaced with its average colour, producing the classic pixelated look. The colour-grade controls then transform every block's HSL values before painting it onto the output canvas.
Colour controls
- Block Size — how large each pixel square is (2–80 px). Larger = more abstract.
- Hue Shift — rotates all colours around the colour wheel (-180° … +180°).
- Saturation — increases or decreases colour vividness.
- Brightness — shifts overall lightness up or down.
- Contrast — expands or compresses the tonal range.
- Colour Tint — blends a custom colour over the pixelated result. Useful for duotone and neon effects.
Export formats
Choose PNG for pixel-perfect lossless output (ideal for art assets), JPEG for smaller file sizes, or WebP for the best balance of quality and compression.
